From selected documents to a traceable handover
Select what to include
Choose your product and, optionally, its currently linked formula, one specific label version and existing evidence files. Record which documents are included and which are still missing.
Create a fixed version
Save the selected information and file copies as one shared data snapshot. Later changes to source data do not alter this handover version.
Set recipient access
Owners or admins grant access to a specific version for an email address for 1 to 90 days. Share the link yourself. The recipient signs in with the verified account matching that address.
Record questions and receipt
The recipient can ask questions and acknowledge receipt of that version. Senders with write access respond. A new version needs its own access grant when you want to share it.

Show selection and missing evidence
Seven categories help organise the handover: formula, ingredient documents, CoA, stability, packaging, claims and label. You can deliberately share an incomplete set.
Give specific, time-limited access
Recipients see the shared version and their own question thread. Forwarding the link does not grant other accounts access. Owners and admins can revoke access.
Include selected files
Choose existing evidence from your documents or ingredient document records. Recipients can download the shared individual files or a ZIP containing the version data.
Record receipt and keep qualified decisions separate
Acknowledgement records receipt of that specific version. It is not a safety assessment, qualified approval or regulatory clearance. The handover does not automatically create a complete PIF or submit a CPNP notification.
Share the link yourself; INCIkit does not send an automatic handover email. Recipients do not jointly edit your source documents. Expiry or revocation ends further access but cannot recall copies already downloaded.
Handovers are available on all paid plans and during an active trial with the appropriate role. Recipients need an account with a verified email address, but no paid subscription of their own. Owners or admins grant and revoke access.
Product document sharing questions
Does my safety assessor need a paid INCIkit plan?
No. Recipients need an INCIkit account with the verified email address named in the access grant. Having the link alone does not provide access.
Can I keep missing evidence visible?
Yes. Mark categories as included, missing, not requested or not applicable. The last two require a reason. Acknowledging receipt does not automatically resolve missing evidence.
Which files can I include?
Existing PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, Word and Excel files from your document areas. A handover can contain up to 20 files, each up to 4 MiB and up to 40 MiB in total. You explicitly select what to include.
What happens when a formula or label version changes?
The existing handover stays unchanged. A new handover can include the formula currently linked at that time and a selected label version. Existing recipient links do not automatically switch to the new data.
Is the ZIP a complete PIF?
No. It contains the handover version data, selected files, a manifest and explanatory notes. It does not generate a complete PIF or signed CPSR PDF. Questions and receipt acknowledgements are not part of this recipient ZIP.
