One product. Several markets. Clear label versions.
Bring together product copy, INCI information and contacts for a target market. Keep each saved version and export the exact draft you want to review or share.
The same product, separate language versions.
This schematic example compares a German EU version with a Canadian version using English and French copy. You maintain the translations; a market version is not regulatory approval.

From sales product to reviewable draft
Select a product and market
Open labels for your sales product. Create a market variant for the EU, US, Canada, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Singapore or China.
Add the product information
Enter the product name, directions, warnings and contacts for that variant. For Canada, maintain English and French side by side. INCI names remain unchanged.
Save a fixed version
Keep the text, layout and the product and formula data used together. Source changes become visible when you reopen or refresh the view.
Export the selected version
With an eligible plan, download a PDF draft or a ZIP package of that version. The package also includes version data, a checklist, a manifest and handover notes.
Keep labels connected to your product
Maintain copy for each market
Adapt product text to the language you need. Canada supports EN/FR fields. INCIkit does not automatically translate the copy.
Choose a suitable print format
Use A4 labels, preset or custom dimensions and supported 62 mm and 103 mm roll formats. If the text does not fit, choose a larger format or revise the content.
Keep a clear version history
Later changes do not overwrite saved versions. An internal review note also creates a new version; it does not replace external review.
A draft still needs a qualified review
Market selection structures your information. It does not automatically check every local requirement or submit product notifications. The frozen INCI and allergen reference is EU-based. Review the exact version for your product, language and target market.
PDFs remain marked as drafts. A ZIP package is neither a complete Product Information File nor a signed certificate. Chinese text can be stored, but the current PDF fonts do not support Chinese characters. Affected PDF and ZIP exports are rejected.
Market versions can be created during an active trial and on all paid plans with write access. For regular subscription use, PDF drafts and ZIP packages containing a PDF are available on Professional and Enterprise. Source changes do not trigger automatic translation or replacement versions.
Market label questions
Are the labels automatically compliant?
No. INCIkit helps structure, version and draft labels. The actual label must be reviewed for your product and target market. A saved or internally reviewed version is not regulatory approval.
How does the Canadian language version work?
Enter English and French copy in separate fields for Canada. Both versions are shown together. You provide and review the translations; INCI names are not translated.
Can I print Chinese labels?
Not with Chinese characters in the current PDF export. You can store the text, but the PDF fonts do not cover those characters. Affected PDF and ZIP exports are blocked.
Will a formula change update an old label?
No. A saved version keeps its original data. A detected source change helps you review the label; you deliberately save the revision as a new version.
How is this different from the free label checker?
The public checker is a checklist for reviewing label information. Market labels in the app connect to your sales product, keep versions and offer PDF and ZIP exports depending on your plan.
