Shopify meets cosmetics production.

Connect your Shopify store with finished goods, orders and batches in INCIkit. Keep track of stock and trace each linked shipment to the batch supplied.

Cosmetic sales products in different pack variants

From an order to the batch supplied

An order, the matching finished goods and a shipment record: keep the store order connected to the batch supplied.

  1. 1

    Shopify order

An order contains a mapped sales product.

  2. 2

    Finished goods batch

The supplied units are assigned to the batch used.

  3. 3

    Shipment record

The record connects order, quantity and batch.

Illustrative workflow: trace an order to its batch, or a batch to affected shipments. No customer data is shown.

How your store works with INCIkit

  1. Choose your store and location

During setup, select the Shopify store and location to connect with INCIkit. This defines which stock belongs to your sales workflow.

  2. Map your products

Link Shopify variants to the matching INCIkit sales products. This mapping connects orders with your finished goods inventory.

  3. Compare stock quantities

Compare physical, reserved and freely available quantities. Review differences before transferring stock updates.

  4. Record the shipment and batch

Assign the quantity supplied to its finished goods batch. The shipment record keeps the order, quantity and batch linked.

Orders, stock and batches in one place

Orders and finished goods

Mapped order lines connect to reserved finished goods. See which quantities are committed and where stock is still missing.

Clear stock quantities

Physical, reserved and freely available quantities remain distinct. Stock changes follow the authorised workflow.

Shipments linked to batches

A shipment record links the quantity supplied to its finished goods batch and the Shopify order.

Trace in both directions

Follow an order to its batch, or a batch to affected shipments. Records remain traceable through documented corrections.

Connect your sales workflow with production

The Shopify integration connects orders, stock, shipments and batch traceability with your mapped INCIkit sales products. Manage orders and deliveries in the context of your finished goods.

Setup, activation and scope are agreed for your store. Contact us to discuss the integration and commercial terms. An INCIkit subscription alone does not activate a store connection.

Formulation, manufacturing and qualified release remain in INCIkit. The integration does not automatically publish your full product catalogue, prices or formulas to Shopify.

Shopify integration questions

How do I connect my Shopify store?

Request the integration through our contact form. We agree on setup and scope with you, then define the store, location and matching sales products for your connection.

Which plan do I need for the Shopify integration?

Scope and commercial terms are agreed for your store. A subscription or trial does not automatically activate the connection. Use our contact form to request the integration.

How does an order connect to a batch?

An order line is mapped to a sales product and the shipped quantity is assigned to a finished goods batch. Find the batch supplied for an order, or the related shipments and records for a batch.

Will stock be overwritten automatically?

An enquiry or read-only stock comparison does not change store stock. Stock updates and order processing use separate authorisations. You can review unexplained differences first.

Does the integration replace production and release in INCIkit?

No. Formulation, production, filling and release remain separate steps. The integration builds on mapped sales products and suitable finished goods.
